PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Case Management, Crisis Intervention, Counseling and Information and Referral Services to Youth under the age of 22 who are not eligible for TASA to pregnant, parenting and at-risk youth in the Newburgh area.

OVERVIEW:

• Case Management - includes home visiting, advocacy, life skills training and ongoing assessment of needs in an effort to assist clients in creating goals for their future and overcoming obstacles to achieving these goals
• Information and Referral Services - Coordination of client needs and linkage to appropriate community agencies.
