Rights of Pregnant Teens

 

Teen Parent Program

This program serves pregnant and parenting teens in the Greater Newburgh Community and seeks to educate teen parents about the services available in the community. Events are sponsored throughout the year to provide teen parents with information and educational experiences. The goal is to improve parenting and child care skills and increase self-sufficiency.

  • Discipline
  • Stress Management and Coping Skills
  • Nutrition
  • Fitness
  • Family Planning
  • Infant and Child Safety Issues
  • Prenatal Care
  • Breastfeeding

The Teen Parenting Program sponsors a variety of events throughout the year. If you are a pregnant or parenting teen 21 years of age or younger, and reside in Newburgh, you are eligible to participate in the educational programming and events in the community sponsored by Newburgh APPS.
